why start your career at pdv?

With PDV, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a project from concept to commissioning. That means you get to experience a variety of tasks from engineering design and management in the office to inspections and supervision onsite. As interns and new graduates, we will normally assign you to a project to assist our senior staff who will provide mentorship and feedback on your work. As you progress, you will be given more responsibility and ownership on some of the works that we do.
At PDV, we cultivate our talents. Some of our staff have been with us since they were fresh out of university and are now leading major projects for us. You could be next!

what roles are available?

Each year we take interns and new graduates alike who can demonstrate potential to be part of our team.
If you are on your final year of university study or have recently graduated, consider applying for a graduate role with us. If you are looking for a work experience over summer, we have summer internships available. You need to be in your penultimate year of university study to apply for an internship with us.
We encourage you to reach out and apply early as we have limited spaces available. Applications are open between April to June each year.

how do I start my application?

Go to our application page and fill out the form. Make sure you have the most recent copies of your academic transcript and CV ready to be uploaded. Note that your transcript does not need to be certified.
We will then take it from there. We will acknowledge your application within two (2) weeks with shortlisting and interviews commencing shortly after the June closing date.
